MARIO UBOLDI Jewellery Art blurs the boundaries between art and jewelry. We embrace the the idea of "digital handcrafting." We combine the latest digital technologies and fabrication techniques with the individuality of craftsmanship and handwork. We fuse the precision and flexibility of computing and digital fabrication with the skill and tactility of the master artisan to create unexpected and desirable jewellery.
Every design derives from an inspiration after which the collection is named. This source is visually and conceptually distilled to its essence and (re)interpreted in a contemporary way. Sketches are digitally translated and 3d printed in order to achieve an unequaled precision. In a prototyping stage, artisan craftsmanship refines and reworks every single design to ensure the technical tradition infused the jewellery to the core.
Most of our jewellery is crafted in casting technology. The final production stages are always executed manually by our skilled craftsmen to ensure best quality.
This manufacturing approach enables our customers to personalize any jewelry from our collection in various ways such as colors of stones, the type and refinement of the precious metal or engravings.
